Binance and Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan (CDFT) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), according to a press release from the most prominent crypto exchange in the world. The parties also underlined a similar measure for a long-term, sustainable communication platform and the safe growth of virtual asset markets in the nation in the deal. Zhanat Kaldybekovich Elimanov, Chairman of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the heads and staff of the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and delegates from the Binance ecosystem, attended the event to sign the Memorandum of Understanding. The Objective Of Agreement With CDFT The signing of the agreement is primarily for the parties’ collaboration and mutual assistance in the areas of crypto asset circulation and sharing of information, identification, and blockage of virtual assets acquired via illicit methods, as well as those intended for the legalization (laundering) of profits from crime and terrorism funding. The Memorandum was issued as part of an international training program for regulators and law enforcement personnel worldwide.
