The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) has reported that the co-founders of the bankrupt crypto hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC), Zhu Su and Kyle Davies, have violated the Securities and Futures Act of 2001 and the Securities and Futures (Licensing and Conduct of Business) Regulations (SFR).
